Our conservation and freediving center strives to contribute to the protection of the environment and to support local communities in the province. We're passionate about freediving and committed to spreading enthusiasm for this incredible activity while providing logistical and financial support to the Apnea Green Organization. Here is a list of activities our students made possible over the last few years. Our sincere thanks to you.

January to December 2023: training of spearfishers In Cagayan de Oro

Apnea Green partnered with the freediving center NorthMind Freediving, located in Cagayan de Oro (Misamis Oriental) to teach safety and freediving courses in Tagalog to Filipino spearfishers. The partnership started in January 2023 and is will last until the end of the year. The amount of 18,000PHP was donated. Interested individuals can reach out here.

January 2023: training of lifeguards in Panglao

Apnea Green has donated over the years four automated external defibrillator training devices to the Philippine Life Saving organization. They’re currently being used to train lifeguards working in the Napaling Reef area in Panglao, Bohol.

Freediving training will also be provided to them at no cost, in partnership with Almira Diving Resort. The objective is to improve the safety of all visitors to the reef, by having lifeguards trained in underwater rescue techniques.
